This large-scale Roblox MMORPG, unofficially based on the famous One Piece franchise, has welcomed pirates and marines alike for years and it’s showing no signs of slowing down. Time your sessions around updates, and you’re more likely to score some helpful freebies to boost you on your way to the top. The Dragon update has arrived, so here’s everything you need to know about the future Blox Fruits release date schedule.

When is the next Blox Fruits update?

Since the last major update was released in December 2024, the developer has been largely silent on when the next Blox Fruits update will land.
On the official Blox Fruit socials, there is currently still only content relating to the most recent update, the Dragon update, which took place in December. As such, there is no information on when we might expect the next update, or what it might include.
Looking back at the major release schedule for Blox Fruits, there is usually only one major update a year, so we might not expect to see another large content drop until December 2025.

Blox Fruit update 24

The Blox Fruits Dragon update had a surprise release of December 14, 2024. It brings changes to Hydra Island, Port Town, and Great Tree, and adds a new Draco race, as well as Dragonheart sword and Dragonheart gun, among other things. The update was initially announced in July 2024, an update status from the team reads: “Their people are no longer in hiding. It’s time for those who were hardened by fire to rise from the ashes. Once a pacifist race nearly wiped out during the Dragons vs. Hydras battle, they now rise with their hearts set ablaze for vengeance. On the mountains of what was once Dragon Island, the Draco have quietly built a dojo, training in secret to reclaim their homeland.”
