Does Mortal Kombat 1 have crossplay?
Yes, MK1 crossplay was added to the game as part of Mortal Kombat 1 Season 4: The Huntress, on February 29, 2024. The Krossplay Update arrived alongside Mileena as the main boss of MK1 Invasions.
MK1 crossplay was not available on the Mortal Kombat 1 release date, or the months that followed, but was always known to be coming. In a Twitter/X post back in September 2023, Warner Bros. confirmed “we are hard at work at implementing the feature into the game.”
The functionality, enabling crossplay between PlayStation 5, Xbox Series console, Steam, and Epic Games Store, was finally released alongside season 4, six months after the game’s launch.
