To fast travel in Monster Hunter Wilds, open the map, find the symbol for the previously-visited camp you wish to travel to, and press A (or X) to instantly travel to it. You can also press Y (or Triangle) on the map page to open the overworld map, where you’re able to travel to each region. Once you select a region, you’re given a list of the places you’re able to fast travel to.
