Manager – doesn’t join the party but is required to build facilities at the Headquarters. Mission – doesn’t join the party but can be assigned to help with Missions at Gocteau’s mission bureau. Legion Commander – doesn’t join the party but will be a commander during War Battles. Some Battle characters also have this role.
