There are five types of Infinity Nikki insight: Collection, Bug-Catching, Fishing, Animal Grooming, and Combat. You gain a single point of insight for performing the relevant action, but relying on this as your sole source of insight in Infinity Nikki can be a bit of a grind. If you’d rather not pick 1,000 flowers or catch 1,000 bugs to unlock a single skill, you’re in luck – you can skip the legwork and get more insight in the open-world game in just a few clicks.

How to get more insight

You can get more insight in Infinity Nikki by trading materials with Fufu in the Realm of Nourishment. The Realm of Nourishment unlocks as you progress through the first few chapters of the main quest. To access it, interact with any Warp Spire. Alternatively, speak to Tokar at the Warp Spire by the Stylist’s Guild Front Gate and complete the ‘New Guidance: Realm of Escalation’ side quest if you’re yet to unlock realms.
Fufu accepts items of brown rarity or higher – the higher the rarity, the more insight you receive per item. However, each trade you make in the Realm of Nourishment requires you to expend Vital Energy, so choose carefully if you don’t want to wait for it to refresh. The Vital Energy cost to trade each item increases in intervals of 20, starting at 20 Vital Energy for brown items, 40 Vital Energy for blue items, and so on.

The amount of insight Fufu exchanges also depends on your Mira Level. The higher your Mira Level, the more insight you’ll receive, starting at +25% at level 15, +50% at level +50%, +75% at level 25, and rising to +100% at level 35. Keep this in mind if you’re close to reaching these level thresholds.
