Changing your physical appearance in Monster Hunter Wilds requires you to be in possession of an Edit Voucher, a premium item that can only be purchased on your platform of choice’s digital store. Head to any one of your tents. Cycle to the Appearance tab and select either ‘Equipment Appearance’ or ‘Palico Equipment Appearance’. Toggle the sliders to hide or show any part of your layered armor, underclothes, and pendants. Move your cursor to the pigment section to change the color of your clothes, but remember that some armor pieces cannot be altered.
