It isn’t clear exactly what this game mode will entail, but going from previous implementations of new game plus, it will likely allow players to keep some of their abilities and gear from previous playthroughs and start anew. New game plus is a way to breathe new life into the same story, give players a chance to approach things from a different angle, and occasionally become supremely overpowered, brushing bosses aside in a way you couldn’t the first time around.
